We are a print-to-order company; we do not keep inventory. We try to provide the most up-to-date maps we can. Maps by their very nature are historic documents the second they are printed.
We live in a dynamic world, and things are always changing. From time to time, some states do change their hunt boundaries, or we might acquire more accurate or current forest service roads.
In these cases, we update the maps so that the next print will be the most accurate and up-to-date version of that area.
If your shipment from HuntMap arrives damaged, then please do the following three steps
[NOTE: For international shipments or any non-UPS shipment, follow the same procedure, substituting the appropriate carrier for references to UPS below]
• Notify HuntMap, LLC immediately. • Notify the carrier and file a claim with the US Postal Service.
• Follow the carrier’s claim procedures rigorously.
• Notify us of the problem and explain any extenuating circumstances by emailing us. Include the tracking number given to you when you filed the claim.
If your shipment does not arrive within 10 business days of the order placement date, then notify HuntMap of the problem at HuntMap@gmail.com
